Swim Workout in Tulsa (or OKC)

I live in the OKC area and have been searching for places to go. I have been swiming at Rose State College, it costs $1 for visitors. I hear that OCCC has the best pool in the area, but I haven't been there yet. Someone was nice enough to provide me this site, I recently asked a similar question.

Also they have a good list of pools on www.swimclub.com. But then you have to call around for hours etc. I am still looking for a swim coach in the area... I will probably choose my pool based on where I can get lessons.

Hi, I am a triathlete fromAustin, just got promoted and now travel to Oklahoma frequently. any suggestions for places to swim, either master's workouts or public pools with lap lanes, etc. I am to be in Tulsa tommorrow and need to swim. Any other recommendations of week day runs, spin classes, appreciated also.
Finishing the race is the only thing that validates the cause.
