Ok, I admit it...I am gadget challenged. If anyone out there has this model, would you explain to me how to do the following:
I would like to save/record my mile split time and my coordinating heart rate at each split. Can I do this on this monitor? If so, can you walk me through it? Thanks!

Hey there, I think we have the same model. At least mine says S210 on the back.

Anyway, this is how I do it:

1. Put the strap and watch on.

2. Press the big red button (twice, once to get it into the HR detection mode, and again to get the stopwatch going)

3. Start running.

4. At the end of your first mile, press the big red button. You've just created a lap.

5. Repeat for as many miles as you want.

6. When you're done. Press the lower left button to stop.

7. Press it again to exit out of the stopwatch /HR mode.

8. Press the upper right button to get into File mode.

9. Press the big red button.

10. Look at the date of the workout you want to review (pressing the right buttons to toggle up and down thru the list )

11. Press the big red button.

12. Press the Upper Right button 4 times.

13. When you see the lap screen:

14. Press the big red button.

15. Press the upper right button to go thru the list of laps. you should see average and max HR per mile (per lap)

16. To exit, keep pressing the stop button (lower left button)

Hey only 16 steps. That's ridiculous. But for the gadget obsessed, a small price to pay. :) I'm sure there are easier models to use, but hey, it's good for your brain to learn new things!

Happy training
