It's always good to find companies that are so helpful! I'll put them on my list of places to try next time I need a local-ish tri gear place :)

No kidding. That's excellent service, and I love to see it!
To tri or not to tri - that's not a question at all!

I had a similar thing happen, in that I ordered a 2xu and 2xu sent a suit nicer than what I ordered. I didn't have time to send it back, I opted to keep it, and called later to pay the diff. They said I owe them nothing and enjoy the suit :) Made my day.
Don't be so easy on yourself 'cause this one might be all that you have left

Last week I ordered a QR Ultrafull from Triathlon Labs in Redondo Beach. I followed the sizing instructions but upon getting the wetsuit it was too big. I contacted them and was instructed to send the suit back and the XL would be sent out upon receiving my return.
Well here is where it gets good. I sent an email back and let Jason (the CSR) know that I had a race on the 7th of June and to let me know if he thought I would get the suit back in time for the race, Here is the response I received today....
"Hi McTri,
Recieved your wetsuit today and we are sending you a Superfull in XL for your race as we will not receive the Ultrafull Suits in time. I will be sending a return tag for the Superfull so just drop it at any UPS location when you have finished your race.
We will send out the Ultrafull when we receive them; we're looking now towards the end of next week.
The Superfull is the top of the line suit from QR and uses neoprene that is the most pliable on the market today. For this reason, we ask that you are careful with this suit and take the normal precautions when trying on this suit; ie..no jewelry, bezel watches, etc. I think you'll really enjoy this suit for your race.
Good Luck,
jason"
I felt like I should mention them for helping me out.
