I have had my bike for two years and haven't changed out the cables. I am really starting to feel a dip in the performance of my shifting/braking. I am looking for any recommendations for replacement cables/housings. (A previous thread has already steered me clear of Nokon). Any tips for installation would also be appreciated.

Jagwire is nice housing.

Installation is a lot easier with a fourth-hand tool from Park Tools (they already had a third hand).

Jagwire is great. I switched from Nokon to Jagwire last week on my tri bike and very happy with the Jagwire. You can buy the whole DIY kit at http://elitecycling.biz/page.cfm?PageID=55&action=details&sku=CA6156.

The www.parktool.com web site is a great resource for "Repair How-To's".
