Lots of info. Because you asked about "felt," the conclusion from these guys is unequivocally "no."
Tangible benefit to Dura-Ace, as far as I can tell, is Dura-bility (imagine that). If I recall correctly, DA also uses bearings rather than bushings on both of the pulleys (Ultegra has bearings on lower, bushings on upper) but if that's a concern I'd say your money is better spent on ceramics.
+1 on no feel difference. If you were talking about full Sora to full DA, or even 105 to DA, then probably. But not one component upgrade. I think the biggest factor in how shifting 'feels' come from the cable and how well they are tightened or adjusted. After several hundred miles, my cables get soft and the shifting gets sloppy, even on full DA drivetrain. With soft, corroded, or sticky cables, you could ride Campy or SRAM Red and it wouldn't feel right. I think an annual cable replacement is a good thing for ensuring crisp shifting. And BTW, triathletes are the worst when it comes to getting gu, Gatorade, etc. dripping all over the bike. So we tend to get gunked up cables really easily.

Can anyone tells me if the difference in shifting can be felt should i change my RD from ultegra to DA. Im using DA bar shifter. thanks
