For the bike check in do I need to check in anything other than my bike? Any other equipment that needs to be there overnight?

Also, are coolers allowed in transition to keep my bottles/run cap nice and chilly?

Cant see why a soft cooler inside your racebag would cause an issue.

However, packing a six pack, hamburgers, hotdogs and a grill may be pushing it a little. But sounds so good after 6 hours.

You'll technically only need to leave your bike. However, I suppose you could leave anything else on and under your bike you felt comfortable leaving. I'm going to leave only my bike and bring all the other gear in my bag race morning.
