Should I get a fit for my bike?
If you're not comfortable on the bike, they can make the changes and if you don't like it, you can switch it back. Just don't let them cut the steerer tube or anything permanent like that. While it's a little close to be making changes, I think improving your position on the bike will be ok. The only thing I'd question is if they drop the front significantly. This is something that takes time and flexibility to get used to. But again, you can have them change it back or adjust accordingly.
Regarding cost, the fit itself might not be that expensive, but be prepared to spend some money because they typically will change out components. I had to change my extensions because they were the wrong length.
CdA is June 22, so I know you've got a few long rides left in your schedule. Ride that bike and try to stay aero as much as possible to get a feel for the changes and adapt to being aero.
Do you have a pic with you on the bike? A side shot would be best.

Personally, I would. I'd say no if was only a couple of weeks before CdA, but end of June will give you plenty of time to get used to the proper fit. It's going to make the 5+ hours on the bike alot more comfortable and it's going to take alot of unnecessary stress off your legs and back. Plus, majority in aero is going to drop your time.
See what the F.I.S.T. master says and how to best into work into it.

I don't need to get faster, I just need to get older!
I would say you would be fine. When I got it, I went out on a long ride the next day and have not felt stronger or more comfortable on my bike. The amount of muscle fatigue seemed to really drop off after the fitting.
Also, just to be on the safe side, I would have the fitter take all the measurements of your bike as it is currently, so if you make the change and you are not getting used to it you can change it back for CdA.

So I've got a tri-bike that I've been on pretty much exclusively since last summer. I've put a few thousand miles (not 10 or anything) on it, and I've never really felt all that comfortable on it. Its okay, but not great. I'm racing CdA end of June, and was wondering what you guys think about getting fit. Should I not change things this late in the game? The fitter in these parts is FIST certified, so I'd guess he's pretty decent at it.
Thoughts? I can use all the help I can get. I don't last very long in the aero position right now (maybe 2 hours at first and then sporadically after that.) Cost isn't a big issue, the guy is relatively inexpensive.
