For Women Only
I think if you are concerned you should call your OB/GYN. I'm guessing it's no big deal but I'm not a doctor nor do I play one on TV.

Heavy training, weight loss, stress, and a number of other things can mess up your cycle. I'd watch it and see what happens this month. If irregularity continues, then see your doc. Or even, call her and ask what she thinks at this point.
Oh, and Happy Recovery! :)

Ditto with what the other two have mentioned. If concerned, call. If not just see how it rolls and if still unsure give your doc a call.
I'm sure it's just your body going, "Holy crap! What are you doing to me!". (lol)

I just participated in my first HIM a few days ago. I had a great time, but ran out of time and was picked up with three miles left in the run. I felt good for the whole race, but was just too slow. Now, two days later I am having some spotting. I am only 13 days into my cycle, and was wondering if this was something I should worry about or not.
Thanks!
