I would also check on Runners World. They have ideas. From what I remember from a few years ago (spent about 3 days there) the streets are narrow and VERY crowded as Parague is a huge tourist spot now with both Americans and Europeans. Any "in town" running will need to be done early in the morning. Evenings are even busy. Good luck! It is a beautiful city, you will enjoy it!
yeah, ive been there and can't imagine trying to run around the town like brittda said -- tourists and cobblestones everywhere. i'd try and find a gym and go there. but there are some good hills accross the river (Danube, if i recall correctly).
I think that you should go out early in the morning and run along the river there, its beutiful. Also, there's a hill up behind the old part of the city with some really amazing old very regal architecture, and if you're out in the morning, you'll miss the crowds. It is, by the way, a great way to get to know a city.

Just found out Im heading to Prague for 3 weeks here in a few months so anyone know any good places to run over there? I'm not even considering the bike and swimming well maybe but running I figure is the only easy thing to do, so any ideas? I just know that i'll be staying in Prague proper someplace downtown probably.
