Which scares me! I am just waiting for something to happen. All Sprint Distances, My Fastest swim in training was 13:13 (I know, double Bad Luck). Fastest Bike 34:49. Fastest Run(if I can call this fast) 27:19. I have Biked then Ran. I have Swam then Biked but I have not strung all 3 together. Hoping to string all three together and stay under 1:20. Not going to win me anything i am sure but should not be bad for a first try or tri.

You are prepared. Trust in your training, not the little voice in your hear.

Assuming you followed any sort of training plan, you sound a lot better prepared than many first timers (myself included). Just remember to use a short stride for the beginning of the run until you get your legs under you, then let it rip.

Good luck!

Thanks to everyone for the encouragement and advice. I did follow a training plan and feel confident in my improvements, I just keep waiting to catch a cold, pull a hammy, wreck by bike. Just worrying really. I will have a great time and report back the results.

You'll be fine. You did good bricks and seem prepared. The good thing is if you start to struggle...then just slow down. It's that simple, now go out there and do it!

Goodluck.
