there are some anti-fog solutions to try from Speedo and maybe TYR. Give those a try. You tried the spitting in the lens and that didn't work?

My lucky find is the sugary spit after gulping some sports drink.
It works like a charm.

but if all the solutions and home remedies don't work, i would suggest getting a new set of goggles.

does anyone know what i can do to my goggles to stop them steaming up when im swiming for long sessions.
it happens both in the pool and open water and it really makes sighting impossible.
help please as ive got a race comming up soon and all i can think of is buying a new pair that still have and effective anti fog layer.
