Pensacola Beach Triathlon

I need to consider doing this race next year. Right now I live in Ohio, but there's a good chance I'll be taking a job in Pensacola in the next month or two. Other than IMFL being 2 hours away, I haven't come across many triathlons in that area.
Thanks for the report.

There are actually four in the area (within 45 minutes) in the next two months. And a fairly large one in October, last year Fleischmann won.

Finished my first olympic triathlon today!
The swim was LONG, 1500 meters in open ocean is a lot longer than the pool, probably actually swam close to 1750 meter because I couldnt exeactley keep a strait line, but came out at about 28 minutes which was pretty happy about considering I havent swam in 6 months.
The two lap out and back bike was pretty good. Headed into a 15 mph headwind but was able to keep about 17mph pace up until the turn around where we got the tail wind:) and ended up averaging 21.5, finished in about 1:10.
Run, also an out and back was ok. Legs were kinda tight from my bike being a little small. (someone gave me their old specialized bike a week ago and this was the second time Ive riddin it, needs a taller seat post but is a decent rig) Turned in a 45 which was I was fine with, though my right foot had a problem (question below).
Finish in 35 and second in the age grounp at 2:24:34, overall was a fun race, well organized and a wonderfeull post race party.!
Also during the run at mile 1 my right foot fell asleep and when ever I took a steep my foot would a buzz or vibration feelings, kinda like when your arm goes to sleep and you hit it or try to move. Couldnt get any power out of my foot and stride was "lazy" from the problem. Has anyone else experienced this? what would cause it? any ideas so it doesnt happen again. (my shoe wasnt too tight)
