May 10 – Triathlon Skills for Youth (accompanied by an adult) 2:00 to 4:00 pm
Limited to 20 youth
Introduction to Triathlons, running skills, nutrition, biking skills, strength and flexibility, and swimming skills. Location: Lifestyle Rx, 1119 E. Stanley Blvd., Livermore

May 17 – Preparation for ‘Tri for Fun’ 9:00 to 11:00 am
Limited to 20 adult
Confidence in the water and faster transitions. Discussion and practice mass starts, swimming skills, and transitions. Bring: Swimsuit, wetsuit, goggles, swim cap, bike, bike shoes, helmet, run shoes, and towel. Location: Shadow Cliffs, Pleasanton Note: Park admittance fee = $6

June 14 – Bike Speed Techniques and Time Trial 9:00 to 11:00 am
Limited to 20 adult
Cycling speed, time trial, and drafting rules.
Ride the 3 mile time trial course 2-3 times with times recorded.
