I am doing Escape from Alcatraz and was wondering what kind of wetsuit anyne that swims in cold weataher reccommends?

Your standard triathlon wetsuit is fine. Depending on how much you don't like the cold, you may want a neoprene cap but I've done it without it and it's fine.

+1 All tri wetsuits are mode of the same thing: Neoprene. Therefore the insulating effects will be more or less the same. The difference between suits is cut, fit, density of the neoprene, extras (ie, gussets, padded colar). But get a squid lid.
