Just had to write about my experience w/ Beaker Concepts Hydrotail. I tried installing it on my new Felt B12 w/factory saddle and couldn't get it to fit (hydrotail kept poking the bottom of the saddle before clamp would fit). So I go to their website and e-mail them asking them how I can make it fit.

Not more than 10 minutes later, my phone rings and it's Andrew from Beaker Concepts helping me with my problem! Did I mention that this was a Friday evening?! I'm blown away by their customer service and just wanted to let everyone know how cool it is to do business with a company that actually cares about its customers!
