Nice wheels all the way around -- the scenery makes me homesick.

Don't be so easy on yourself 'cause this one might be all that you have left

Dig the Ridley! The Excalibur is hot! Theyre supposed to have a TT bike coming out soon- but I doubt youll be lusting too much from atop that Specialized.

The Ridley is the best bike I've ever ridden. It's the only bike I've ever had where I couldn't find anything wrong with it.
I hope they come out with a new TT bike soon. The ones they have now are kinda lame.

sick dude. specialized looks pretty amazing. hows the 1080 treating you?

Well, I've only had it 2 days. My first ride on it was a race with some respectable winds (I warmed up on a trainer, so I never actually rode the wheels until I hopped on the bike in the race). I averaged about 27 mph and the wheel wasn't as hard to hold straight in the crosswind as I expected. I got blown around a bit, but not so much so that I felt unstable. I'm happy with the wheels so far. I'm racing them on a hillier course next weekend, so we'll see how that goes.

I roll on 808s and the first time i rode them was on a very hilly course and windy day. i was all over the road, ha! after a few mins i got the hang of them and now can handle them much better. glad you like them--your wheelset looks insanely fast. good luck in your race next week. you should hit 55 with them in a tailwind!
Sick setups...
Advice: Don't buy the BMW roof racks. I can't seem to find an attachment that fits my wide fork on the TT bike.

I thought about it....glad I went with the trailer hitch instead then.
