30 minutes of weights in the evening
Or is my brain frozen?? :p I met up with two training partners this morning and we headed out for an 11 mile run in the single digit temps. It was snowing and sleeting for that last 3 miles. But honestly it was very invigorating and we had a strong run.
After that it was stretching and some upper body weights. I'll fit in a cycling session later today.
ya, he just missed yesterday so he did it late.
and it's "invigorating" (no offense)
Fixed... And spelling is usually my strong point... Oh well!

You say you're in the small ring/ big ring on the front... how about the back... 15?
Last night the weather in KC was upper 30's and a stiff SW wind.
Got in a 6 mile run with some running club friends.

For the warm up we started in S-3 and went to S-5.
Iso Leg Drills were done in S-4
High RPM Started in S-4. You will have to add resistance as RPM increases.
In the Time Trial use whatever gearing in necessary to hold your Heart Rate at LT minus 5.
All recoveries were done in S-3
This was the 1st of 10 classes that I have signed up for. If you like the workout I will try to post each week.

I could NEVER spend that much time on a trainer....outside piece of cake. I rode my trainer 1 1/2 hours and about went nuts.
Tomorrow, 1 hour lap swimming then weights.
3:30:00!

I did 1:22:00 @ 125bpm while watching the 2003 TTT - posties win by 30 secs w/big smiles on their faces.

nice, happy belated b-day. hope you had a good one!

Got busy putting together the newsletter and forgot to get this started. I guess you guys are hard at work after the three day weekend :)
Did 90 minutes on the trainer this morning. And about 45 minutes of strength work this evening. Watched Step into Liquid on the DVD during the ride. Just signed up for Netflix so many new movies for those training rides. However, the temp rose quite a bit over the last day and all the snow melted. Roads to wet and muddy to ride today, but if this weather holds up its back on the road for me :)
