Suspension training anyone?

Anyone uses suspension exercises for strength. Rings, USA, TRX, junggle gym etc.
Here is an idea of what I mean.

I have TRX as well (I got the military model). It's awesome and really versatile so you can attach it to a million places.

Most importantly, it's an awesome workout. Highly recommended.

TRX is a great tool. I use it with clients and on my own. Very effective. Lunges with back foot suspended in the cradle (single-handle mode) are brutal and they work.

So many different exercises you can do with it. Be sure to read up on the pendulum and vector concepts as it pertains to the TRX, it makes a lot of difference at what angle you are doing the exercise and where your body is moving in relation to the anchor.
