I went out a few times in the cold over the winter, but today was soooo nice. The wind was horendous, but it didnt seem to matter since it was 50+ here. Cant wait to get out again tomorrow.

awesome. i havent taken my bike out yet but i finally went for a run in shorts and a t shirt :D yay. hopefully the snow is gone for good.

it needs to be a lot warmer here for me to go out in shorts and a t shirt. i will run in long sleeves and pants until it is in the low 60s

I finally got out a couple of weeks ago! It was in the mid 60's with 20+ MPH winds, I didn't care though, I was out on the open road. I could tell the trainer and strength training has worked though as the hills were a little easier. This week we got into the 70's on Wednesday and this Saturday (tomorrow) it is supposed to snow. Welcome to Kansas City! Can't wait to start putting in the 80 to 100 milers!

I got out a couple days ago for the first time. There was still snow around that I had to navigate at points, but overall it was great. Definately still better than riding on the trainer. Yay to spring

My baby isn't leaving the basement until we get a good rain or two to wash the salt off the roads - and the sand too.
But ya it is always great getting out there - especially after this long winter.

T SHIRT! I rode in shorts and a short sleeve t shirt today and was quite comfortable. Oh man i am so happy about the weather right now.

its sunny, 49 degrees here in michigan and i finished early today so i was super pumped to take my newly converted road bike out for a spin in the real world. the first ride after a long winter is always great, like seeing an old friend. you get to see how the roads have changed over the winter, new potholes to avoid. spring is on its way and i could not be happier!
