Not counting wheels (in the picture) or aero bars, which I already have. But you can find ultegra aero build kits for under $1k. www.excelsports.com has a custom bike kit builder function.

Just had to share since I am pretty excited. It is about time I got my clip ons off of my road bike. Now all i need is a build kit! I figure for under $2k total I can have me a fast looking bike... maybe some wheels some day.
