I have a good friend who did it. Basically he tells me its tough, tough, tough and about harder then most of the IM dot races. The bike course has big climbs and the wind is strong.
Plus he didnt like the lack of croud support wich made the run difficult.
But is cheaper then the IM races and i like the time of year.

nope not doing it. im doing several sprints =D what does 70.3 stand for? I know it is ironman distance but is that kilometers or what? does anyone know? i havent figured it out.

just like ironman is 140.6 miles total, half ironman is 70.3. The 70.3 series is not Ironman distance, but half.

Is anyone doing the Silverman full this November in Nevada? Or has anyone done it before? I'm looking for some advice and reassurance that I'm not the only one that will show up for that crazy course.
The race is just the finale to all of your training. Enjoy the celebration.
