Hard Core...core
10 min abs, no stopping, this is hardcore, imo,and im rocking a solid 6 pack
1 minute crunches (decent speed, legs and chin up)
1 minute bycicle kicks moving head left to right in an upward motion
1 min left krunches
1 min right krunches
1 min v-ups
1 min crunches
1 min bridge
1 min bycicle
1 min v ups
1 min crunches
let me know how it goes :D
its pretty intense, so if you can't handle it, tone it down to 5-6 mins and move up
have you incorporated side planks and regular planks? try to build up to 2-2.5 minutes. feeeeeeeel the burn baby! rip that core up!
i've incorporated many of matt tegenkamp's exercises too: scroll down and find all four parts of matt's routine

There are two online routines that I like:
When I have a physio ball - Mike Ricci's Core 1,2,3 (in a row)

When I don't have any equipment:

Both can leave you sore if you haven't done anything for a while.

Nice workout man, but if you're a triathlete you're gonna need to start spelling bicycle correctly!

I've been working pretty hard on my core/abs for the past several months now and i'm looking for the advanced core work outs yall might know.
regular crunches aren't really cutting it anymore.
The harder workouts i do now are hanging leg raises and the weighted ax chops.
so what have you got?
