chris is looking cool!!
but WOW!! ( http://www.kswiss.com/content/advertising/#/ads/1/ )
oh-oh, Anna! good to see Chris too ;)
That's awesome that he's getting some recognition. Good for him.
Saw that on TV last night, I think I was watching MXC. Very cool.
Hard days hard, easy days easy.
That was a good article on K-Swiss and Chris in Triathlete this month.

Notice how Everyone had basically "World class athlete" under their name, but then it was just Anna Kournikova... No subtitle... you could either make the argument that she needs no introduction, or that she isn't really much of a professional athlete anymore...
But seriously, it's awesome to see Christ getting some big-time recognition w/the K Swiss stuff, and the cover of Triathlete. I know I smile every time I hear something about him... I know I speak for a lot of people when I say that I feel like he's in some way a part of the extended Trifuel family! :D
she was never ranked as a serious #1, and yes I also noticed that anna didn't have any title.....also was the only one not doing anything athletic, maria sharapove would have made more sense
It is better to hurt from doing something than from doing nothing...

I know I don't know Chris, but somehow I feel like I do. I thnk its cool that he is getting the recognition that he deserves.

So I'm sitting here looking at the title of this thread and I can't figure it out. I watch the video... still nothing. Bro... Tribro... I thought... maybe he made that ad for K-Swiss. Wow... talented guy I think. I decided to check out the other link. Oh hey... it's Chris Lieto... he lives up the street... I like him. Cool. Still not getting it though.
I come back, read the rest of the thread and notice a lot of focus on Chris Lieto. If you were looking inside my head, at this point, you would notice a dim light come on. I think... Is Tribro related to Lieto????? I click on Tribro's profile, which I've never done before, and sure enough... Paul Lieto... who knew? Apparently EVERYONE but me. I would've never guessed... you have hair... you look nothing like him.
I think it would be helpful if you could change your picture to this:

:D Ha too funny. I noticed you lived close by, was gonna mention it but forgot to send you a PM. I used to live in Danville and San Ramon.
I moved from San Jose to Pleasanton a few years ago. When riding in the area, inevitably you'll run into someone who claims they've ridden with Chris. I don't really follow the latest pros so I was like... who? It sort of deflates the story. I later found out who he was and then realized why people were bragging about riding with him. The same thing happened to me to 10 years ago when some guy was talking about riding with Mike Pigg. Again... who? I really should stop training and focus more on the who's who in triathlon. Or maybe just subscribe to a magazine.

I didn't follow the pros much until he turned pro and then BigMatt. One thing I will say is that the pros in this sport are all pretty cool, down to earth, and approachable. Which makes it fun, that you can train with them and ask them questions are they are for the most part very helpful.

I wasn't really looking at the bottom of the screen during that part.

Touché...
I just got the recent issue of Triathlete in the mail... and guess who's on the cover? (Hint - It's not a tennis model).
KSwiss also ponied up for a nice 2 page spread featuring Chris running on some boulders.
Yes, he's getting some solid loving from the triathlete community right now

Bro's commercial for K-Swiss just launched. Pretty cool to see a large Brand recognizing and going after Triathletes:

And cool print ad in Triathlete:
