I have to say, "The Flying Scotsman" is a great movie to watch on the trainer. Really gets you going at many times during the film.

It was a fun trainer day today!

Here are some that I've watched. I enjoyed all of them.

All of the Bourne movies
All of the Spiderman movies
Oceans 11,12,13
Godfather 1,2

+1 on Flying Scotsman though. That movie rocks.

300. Over the top, ultra-violent and I loved it.

+1 on Bourne, especially the 1st one.

I like the Bourne, 300 is good. Snatch or Fight Club just because I can recite them without needing to turn the volume way up, but mostly watch old tours or Cyclism sundays on Tivo...

The Bourne movies are good one as is Snatch. Ones that have not been listed yet are either of the Transporter movies or the Band of Brothers series.

Snatch and Fight Club certainly make the list

My other real suggestions along with many mentioned above:
-Gladiator
-Dodgeball

I think simple straightforward comedy, action or gratuitous violence fit the bill pretty well when you're not able to pay full attention

Or you could just play PS3 while down on your aerobars

+1 on the Batman Begins. You can just keep watching that one part where he's training up in the mountains and the old dude keeps kicking his butt. That movie rocks.

+1 on Mortal Kombat!

I agree with Bourne and all of the other action movies up there. I'll add the new Bond.
For tv, 24, Heros, x-files, Buffy, Angel, The Unit.

I'm a Netflix fiend. Put TV shows in your queue and you can watch an entire season in a couple of indoor rides.

-300
-SWAT
-Fight Club

Flying Scotsman is great also. Anything with violence or a fast pace. I haven't tried the Bourne's.

MARIO CART on N64 is the BEST trainer activity. Honestly, each race session takes 20min or so, and if you get a buddy, you ride faster trying to beat them to the finish line. ;p

LOTR (Extended Version)
Minority Report
Blade Runner
Star Trek ( Next Gen)
Star Wars (All, yes even the new ones)
Other than something like those...I watch DVD's of the Tour (Yes, even the recent one's without LA)
Riding to the tour is good because you can ride as many stages as you want.

District B13 if you're on the treadmill... Parkour at its best, or as I call it, the French martial art of "fleeing".
