As many of us may not be 'hard core' dieters most of us are probobly known by our freinds and family as health minded. What Id like to know is what is that one food or snack that you treat yourself too on occasion that is against everything you train for but you let yourself induldge in to reward yourself for a job well done. Since I posted this Ill go first....

As a snack I like Life-Saver Gummi Wildberry flavored candies, not the whole bag but a handful (or two). For a meal Id have to go with Pizza Rolls with ranch dressing (maybe once every three months or so but its ohhh so good)

Dude, ranch dressing on pizza is so dang good!

I try to follow the 80/20 rule. If you each 20% healthy food, you can eat 80% junk...or something like that. I do need to be more "health minded."

There is always room for chocolate. I also like fruit snaks and candy hearts. Happy after Valentines' Day!

Beer and chicken wings- though I tend to get baked wings or bake them myself, so it's not so bad.

Probably not the right crowd for writing this, but here goes:

I pretty much eat whatever i feel like now. Used to weigh 280 (i'm 6 feet tall) and got down to 185 through diet and running my butt off. Then got into triathlons to keep me motivated. I've found that i can eat pretty much anything and even have probably more beers than i should, and still maintain the same weight. Now i admit that my performance would probably be better if my nutrition was better, but oh well. That being said, i still do avoid all the fast food crap that got me fat to begin with.

Chipotle Burrito

I only eat them when I earn them with 2000 calorie rides. Or when I'm depressed :P

And In-N-Out, but there isn't one near me, so that's more of a special occasion thing for when I have reason to be near one rather than something I'd do to "cheat"

Post race: A hamburger (preferrably from a local non-chain restaurant) with fries and a soda. Nice and simple.

I do keep an eye on what I eat without going nuts about it. Maintain my Carb/Protein/Minerals intake along with supplements.

Buffalow Wild Wings (garlic parm and mango habanero with blue cheese) with snakebites (half Guiness, half cider); Carolina-style BBQ (pulled pork with slaw IN the sammy) and Shiner Bock; Freebird's (think Chipotle, but better) and Negra Modella; Babe's fried chicken and a hefeweizen; Uncle Julio's TexMex (bacon-wrapped shrimp) and margaritas (Patron silver, Gran Mariner, and lime); KrispyKreme and whole chocolate milk.

pizza and beer, french fries (sweet potatoe variety if i have my choice) or brownies. my fiance makes brownies when she wants me to gain weight (or she is frustrated because i am losing it faster than she is) because she knows that i cannot eat only one or two.

Coffee roll doughnuts, cheesesteaks. I refuse to let myself believe that pop-tarts, pizza, beer, and red wine are bad for me. They are essential to a well-balanced life, therefore they must be good.

My own chocolate chip, walnut and oatmeal cookies or my deep dark chocolate brownies. Both with milk.

Ooh, or today with the freezing rain in IN, hot chocolate made with sweetened condensed milk and a boatload of marshmallows.

Can anyone say sweet tooth?

BBQ Ribs, sweet potato with real butter and brown sugar, Corn Bread (more butter please) and as many Lagers as I can find room for.

I work on the cheat meal method rather than a cheat food. Currently once a month.

If it had to be ONE thing that is easily available to me.....
Breakfast: 2 Eggs, Bacon and Cheddar Cheese on a roll w salt/pepper
Lunch: Chipotle Burrito (rice, peppers/onions, black beans, pork, mild and green salsa, sour cream, lettuce and cheese).
Dinner: Pepperoni and mushroom pizza. (It had better have a great sauce and crust! otherwise it's a wasted cheat.)
Dessert/Snack: Oatmeal Scotchies homemade cookies or Ben and Jerry's Oatmeal Cookie Chunk.

It wasn't long ago I would have each of these things at least once a week. Well, not the dessert.
Good times... Good times. Ha ha.

My diet is normally pretty clean. But I love buffalo Wings with ranch, Papa John's Pizza (pepperoni with banana peppers) with the garlic sauce, Chinese Takeout, and I also have quite a sweet tooth...so full fat chocolate chip cookies, fudge brownies with vanilla ice cream!

There are lots...
For a meal, Famous Dave's chopped pork...
For salty snack, chips w/ guac
For deserts, cookies (dining hall makes really good molasses cookies that become my stress food - 12 in one night is my record). Maple sugar candy is my all time favorite sweet thing. Or molten caramel warm delights cakes. Or creme brulee at a fancy place. Hot cocoa w/ peppermint schnapps. I have a huge sweet tooth, so if there's nothing else, just brown sugar by the spoonful will suffice.

For me it's pretty much a "cheat night". After a night of um, a little wine, we always wind up at someone's house for midnight burgers - nothing tastes better then a burger after a "few" cocktails!

I ate at Chipotle the other night for the first time, and I loved it. The pork was amazing. I still think I prefer Cafe Rio (I don't know where they have those), but I guess they're quite a bit different. Anyways, thumbs up for Chipotle.

Oh, and Winger's is my main vice. I could eat three meals a day there.

Man.... you guys gotta come down to California and see what REAL Mexican food tastes like... Chipotle is crap... Bleh. If I'm going to drop a zillion calories in a single meal, it's certainly not going to be on their flavorless meat with black beans and instant rice. BOO.

I actually grew up in New Mexico, and that was one of the hard things to leave when we moved to Utah. It is really hard to get good mexican food Utah, but Chipotle/Cafe Rio still tastes good. It's just not amazing, authentic mexican food. I will say that I got the spiciest combination possible, which was like spicy beef and hot sauce or something, and it wasn't really spicy at all. I love the spice, so that was disappointing.

After a big race I treat myself to 2 cheesesteaks and pierogies from a local shop. Top it off with a couple of glazed coffee rolls and a nice Belgian beer and I'm a happy guy...or in major pain with a stomachache. Worth the risk though.

I eat ice cream every day too, so I'm not sure that it's a cheat food any more. It's more like a staple, or addiction. frosty, sugary crack... with chocolate sauce. Maybe that's why I've porked up during the off season!

But if it's really chow time: Seasame Chicken and Crab Rangoons
