Hey everyone!

I'm new to the triathlon community and I've got a problem.

I've been a vegetarian for just over six years and I've never felt better. Are there any precautions I should take while training for a triathlon? Maybe my diet needs to change? (Granted, I'll stay a veggie, but maybe I just need more of something). Does anyone have any ideas, or helpful websites that I can look at for advice?

There are a couple threads already here regarding vegan/vegitarian nutrition and triathletes. Try:

http://www.trifuel.com/node/7522
and
http://www.trifuel.com/node/10062

This should probably be under "health/nutrition"... but it might be best to bump one of the previous threads i mentioned instead of starting a new one...

Of course, if you don't find what you are looking for, feel free to ask here again.
