Swimming
With the time you've got left, there's not much point in trying to develop a sophisticated program.
The biggest risk you run right now, apart from an injury from trying to do too much too quickly, is that when you fatigue - you get sloppy. Your stroke falls apart with fatigue, and practicing a sloppy stroke is counter-productive.
The most productive use of your time in the pool right now is making your stroke as perfect and as consistent as possible, so..
I suggest that you do medleys to attain your mileage needs.
Suppose you broke down your swim session into 10 sets of 150m, or 10x six laps in a 25m pool - that's 1500m total.
In each set concentrate on 100m of perfect strokemaking in the crawl then do 50m of another stroke: breast stroke, sidestroke, backstroke, whatever, to rest. Then repeat.
With each set focus on one point for the 100m of crawl, say the recovery stroke, then on the second set focus on the catch. On the third set focus on the s-pattern of your hand in the water. On the fourth set concentrate on finishing the stroke by brushing your thumb on your thigh. On the fifth set of 100m, focus on the rotation of your body, then your breathing. You get the idea.
The more efficient you can become in the water in the time you've got left before the race, the better you will be come race day.
best of luck,

OK,
SO, I finally started training on swimming for the first time in 4 months. ( Iraq was with out a pool, so I could only bike/run at the gym.) AT first I was hurtting, I could only do about 100 meters before I had to take a break. BUt after a week I'm up to 800-1000 meters before my first break swimming freestyle. And, I would say that I would have to thank something that I thought looked retarded when I first saw somebody do it. THE KICK BOARD. WHen I did it, I had to rely on using my legs. SOmething that after a long swim, I noticed that I would sometimes forget to use my legs, and soley use my arms for swimming. NOw I am using both, saving energy and able to swim longer now. I have a month and a half to get ready for my first triathlon which is olympic distance, so I will continue using the kick board, as that seems to be an excellent aid in my training. ANybody got any other training tips for swimming besides just swimming lap upon lap at the pool?
