Thanks, that site helped a lot. But should i find a different Max hr for the bike?
Yup, your zones will be different on the two.

Thanks kylie, Not new to tri, but new to HR training. (broke college kid) I'm pretty impressed with the results though even only after a week.

I'm new to heart rate training and had a few questions: I found my Max Hr today to be 203, (23yo male) what should my training zones be? and how many? Also that max was on the treadmill, should I find a new max for the bike? And how do those (bike) training zones differ from the run ones?
