Broken frame
Most manufacturers have lifetime warranties on their frames. I don't know about Felt, but you should be able to get a replacement. See if you can get someone to take pictures and post them so we can get a better idea of what kind of crack and how bad it is and what not.
"The melting point of wax means nothing to me": Thrice
Step 1. Send the bike to your LBS for an opinion on the crack. If it's not just paint, chances are you need a new frame.
Step 2. If you do need a new frame, call felt when you get back (they may direct you to the shop where you bought the bike, but I'd try them first). If the frame is still under warranty, they'll help you get a replacement. If it is no longer under warranty, I would say this "I've really enjoyed riding this S32 the past few seasons and want to remain a felt customer. I understand that the warranty expired, but is there any way you can cut a deal on a replacement frame?" It may or may not work, but I wouldn't pay full price to a company whose frame cracked on me in less than three years.
Step 3: Regardless of whether you get a felt or another brand, I would definitely save your current components and switch over as many of them as possible. They should still be in decent shape and this will cost less than getting a new bike.
If there is no one back near your bike to help you out, you could always just send felt a message much like the one you posted here and see what they say.

The day before I left to travel overseas, I cleaned my tri-bike to put it away for the winter. As I was checking over the frame, I noticed a large crack had developed on the chain stay. What sucks is that i found it the day before I left for Europe. So, now I'm in Europe, and my bike is in my garage with a crack in it. I won't be able to do anything until I get back in mid-spring and I was wondering on what I should do.
It is a felt S32, '05 and I'm thinking of taking back to the shop I bought it at and trying to have them send it back for me to see if Felt would replace it. Would Felt repalce it, even if it's been over two years. my warranty has run out so I have a feeling it won't be worth it, but then what should I do with the bike, sell the parts that are good and buy a new one? Or buy a new frame and switch over the parts? I'm quite at a lost on what to do, especially since it happened right before I left. Kind of a bummer, and I wish I had checked it over a little more, but that's what you get for not keeping up with your bike and not cleaning it... :(
