This is a workout I can up with when I have little room. It really works.
At some point it was too cold to runout side and I was working with a group of youths. I was injured and could not run myself.
We had a gym and 6 basketball baskets in there. So instead of running in circles and circles till the cows came home i asked them to jump up and touch the net every time they passed under a basket. So intead of running for 30 mintues non-stop, the began to get tired in 3-5 minutes. We than did a minute of active walking rest and another set of running and net touching. They loved it and it was a good work out. I think endurance was combined with quick burst of energy there.
