Gotta laugh about it.....now,
ironically i was showing my buddy how to change a tire this past morning and i pinched a flat during the impromto class..... kind of ironic.... though a good training/teaching lesson to not be in a hurry and make sure its seated well.

I was watching that game too. I liked the way Peyton responded to Dan Marino passing him the torch live on air. Both guys were very classy.
I have my Tacx mag-turbo trainer set up in my kitchen too. I loafed through 60 minutes @ 124 bpm last night. I can watch VHS tapes on the TV and sweat on the linoleum that way, same as mike Pigg did training all through the winters while minding his new baby.
Keep up the good work, bro.

I had 3 flats while riding on my rollers a little while ago. I was watching my favorite team (Indianapolis Colts) and getting into Peyton Manning breaking the TD record. I had one flat, then two pinch flats because I was in a hurry to ride while watching the game....you know, the bordom factor of inside training. I was able to ride for two hours though thanks to the game....but boy was I #issed when I was having the flats, lol. I live in an apartment and one of my neighbors asked if I was alright. Those flats sounded like gun shots.
I need two tires and tubes now....sometimes we forget the simple/small stuff, huh? Computors, carbon fiber this and carbon fiber that, etc.....
Happy Holidays to all...and don't forget the small stuff. What good is all the fancy stuff, while walking your bike down the road to get home....or in my case, my living room, lol.
