This week I have been experiencing a little ache in my right ankle while I am on the Indoor Trainer. I haven't changed the set-up at all and have never had this before. It goes away in about five minutes after I start. Is there anything I should be stretching before I get on? Should I be worried about this? Thanks for the help.
