My new bike has arrived!
Ok so it's not really "tri gear" since it will be time I don't spend on the tri bike, but hey bike time still helps!

(full pics are on my blog)

(Paul don't drool on it toooo much ;))

It was delivered this afternoon, and so I built it up when I got home. It was dark out so it's only gone up and down the street a couple times. I need to pick up a shorter stem at lunch tomorrow for it.

I really didn't like the new R3 color so I had to hunt for last year's color!

ya. white seems to be the trend this year. i believe the new RS will come in last year's R3 color scheme.

Ummm.... how many bikes do you have????? From your blog, it looks like you have a bike shop in your house.

Hahaha... well, in the house Mike and I have 6 (2 R3s, 2 PX tri bikes, and 2 Epic mtn bikes), and then 3 in the garage. One in the garage is sorta for sale.... one is a around town/commuter, and one was my first bike so I'm emotionally attached.

Man, am I jealous. +1 on your house looking like a bike shop. I love all the matching bikes. Did you get some kind of couples discount?

That's nice! Now that you have an R3, you need to start climbing mountains and stuff a lot more!

I can´t see the pics here at work. Apparently site restrictions or something..... what kind/brand/model is it?

Awesome, very awesome. Cervelo is the way to go.

Re: house bike shop -- I thought I was being good by moving all the spare wheels (4 of 'em!!) to the garage to clean up! ;)

Gator -- *start* climbing mountains? Hey, you might live in Florida, but I have and love some great climbing routes since I live at the base of the San Gabriel Mountains. I just did it all on the tri bike before.

AZ -- they are the 2 Bikes Aloft one from Performance. We mostly like them -- free standing, very stable. Only problem is I'm short, so only my R3 actually fits on the rack with the frame. The others are seat and frame. Even Mike's tri bike barely fits (but his road and mtn ones are just fine). Even with that, the space they free up is great! That is our entry way/living room since we have a small place.

Chunky -- no, we just both have great taste in bikes! My Epic came first, the PX's together, and his R3 was first. By keeping them the same we don't wait a year and say "well his/her is nicer, so I should upgrade". This way I just don't feel I have any upgrades to make for a while! :)

Tikal -- Cervelo R3 (the black and red one)

Serious jealousy. My P2SL would love to have an R3 for company. Enjoy it.

:)

I will get some on it Saturday -- trying to decide if I like the saddle still though.
And Sunday is a race so it will be the PX's turn.
