12/22
Day off due to the snow storm in NE Ohio. I am here visiting family. I had a few good runs through the snow the last few days, but my ligaments in my ankles are sore from the slippery conditions. Better to be safe than sorry I guess. Back to the trails tomorrow! Happy Holidays.
6 mile run in a snow storm...Central Indiana. I kinda hurt too because of the slick conditions, but it was fun. I just can't/refuse to run on a treadmill!!!
I did 6 miles in the snow here in North Texas. This was my first time to ever run in the snow (It doesn't snow here very often). I ran it pretty slow because I was not sure how my body would handle the really cold temperatures. It really wasn't too bad.

3.5 miles in 24 degree temperatures in PA...
I'm typing this with a 35 pound dog on my lap...

30 minute easy tempo run around the neighborhood.
Down visiting the family for a few days over the holidays so will probably just run and maybe some weightless strength training exercises (lunges, pushups, core stuff)
