Along with my base traning, I'm trying to do something extra to bring up my power output. I'm spinning around 95 right now, so I know I can bring that up 10% or so, but what else could be done?
What have you actually done that has given you a real boost in power?
The Train Right time trial
The Train Right time trial video is good for helping that. But 10-15 minutes in a harder gear at the same cadence 4 or 5 times in a workout will help alot.

That's good to hear. I was sort of bouncing between trying to just push it up a gear or two and keep cadence, or dropping cadence, and pushing a really hard gear. I think for the base period, doing the former makes a little more sense.
I'd love to hear anyone else's experiences.

not that i'm an expert in the least, but gleaning from some spinervals videos that incorporate power sets, you can let cadence drop pretty low to work on power...
