Calculating Calories Burned

The Harris Benedict Equation is a formula that uses your BMR (calories burned while resting) and then applies an activity factor to determine your total daily energy expenditure (calories).

I decided to take the formula and write code to do the calculations automatically. Basically, you plug in your numbers and it tells you approximately how many calories you burn in a day based on your training level.

great tool and another visual that I should consume more calories. I'm still figuring out why I'm stuck in the endless plateau!

You too? I don't keep good track but I figure I'm about 500-1000 short a day by that calculator...
