nice!. involve your family in the sport you will need a lot energy from them. little girls are awesome supporters of the sport (among many other things). my daughter is my greatest fan and cheerleader.

hey mamps glad you gave the forums a try and found them easier than you might have thought. A bit like the sport itself I guess, some hesitate thinking they can't do it, but once they give it a try they find it wasn't as hard as they thought and grow to love it. :)
Anyway, thanks for joining great to have another triathlete on board.

Just wanted to drop a little line and say hello to all from Columbus Ohio.
I have been a long timer viewer of the forum but never thought I could figure out how to use it so I never registered. Well I did it and it is a lot easier than I thought.
Look forward to meeting all of you! :p
A little about myself,
I am almost 28 (December 28th) I am married to a beautiful girl (Staci) that was my high school sweetheart, I have two little girls that mean the world to me...Alexondra (Alexi) 2 1/2 years old and Anna (Banana) 15months.
I am a landscape designer and my Brother (Anthony) and I have a landscape design and construction business.
I went to school @ Miami (of Ohio) and Ohio State for Landscape Architecture.
I have competed in Tris for about 2 years now. I have biked for years and hated to run (still not to crazy about it). I LOVE to be in the water but I am a terrible swimmer (if you ever do a race around here I am the one that is swimming like a hippo in water hugging the buoy line splashing my way to the finish). I am really enjoying the sport and I look forward to many more years of it.
