You still have plenty of time before you need to get into a specific plan, so I'd just start doing some base training before hitting a plan like this. I have a 70.3 in June and will probably start a variation of this plan next month.

I just signed up for a half IM. I did my first half IM two summers ago, and really stunk at it. I just didn't train right for it. That course kicked my butt and I don't want that to happen again.
So here I am, having gained some weight over the holidays and feeling rather out of shape because I was nursing a knee injury. Does anyone know of a good training plan to take me from my current state to half IM shape in August?
