I have been looking into renting some wheels for my Half Ironman in Lake Stevens. I am doing xterras and that is the only triathlon on my "road" bike that I will be doing this year other than a local oly before. Anyone every rent from www.racedaywheels.com ? Also, if anyone has any tips on wheel setup for my bike, I used to ride a javelin with a disk in the back and an 808 in the front for olympics, this is my firt HIM. I have a 60cm intense fenix and was thinking a 404 tubular up front, 808 in the back. The course sounds semi-hilly....any thoughts?

Also, new to this website and love it. I think its great how helpful everyone seems to be. Makes me miss the cameraderie of my former university tri club/team.

"If one can stick to the training throughout many long years, that willpower is no longer a problem. It's Raining? That doesn't matter. I am tired? That's beside the point. It's simply just that I have to."

I used race day wheels several times before I bought my own set of 808's. I highly recommend them. The process is simple and easy and you can't beat the price.

And I am in no way affiliated with them. Just a happy customer.

I've used them twice before and it was great both times. Marc is very helpful and the wheels are always in good shape. Highly recommended
