So last Spring I suffered from a bad case of compartment syndrome in my right medial ankle area.
It was completely gone, and now it has come back. This fall and winter has been a sold, injury-free season, for which I am grateful.
I am mixing elliptical work with pool work, as I find it feels better the following days if I stay off the bike (must be the cyclical motion)
Anyone had any speedy ways to remedy this thing? Last year it stayed with me for over 3 months, off and on.
