Been back to the LRS to voice your concern? I've been running Vomero's for two years now...not a problem. The Vom is a neutral shoe (I'm a neutral runner) but I don't think the supination would be an issue.
Could have been a defective shoe. Rare, but it does happen.

Usually there is a lifetime warranty on airpockets on Nike shoes. This is also true for the shox on Nike shox. If you are having a problem with the airpocket bursting, you should be able to take the shoe back to where you bought it and get a new pair or get a new pair through Nike. If she has bought 3 pairs of the shoes with the same problem, she should have gotten replacements free.
My friend is training for the Boston Marathon. She just bought here 3rd pair of Nike Vomero 2+ but after three months the air pocket bursts! I was hoping that other people are having this problem and if so maybe a resolution. She is <150 lbs and supinates slightly on both feet.
This is a lousy life for running shoes this expensive. The shoes are so damn confortable to give up. Anyone feel her pain?
