They play on your computer but they can be used without a computrainer and just a regular stationary trainer like Cyclops Fluid 2. If you have specific questions, call Paul (the owner/inventor of Ergvideo) at 613-601-4334 and tell him Steve sent you. He's VERY nice and will spend time with you explaining everything.
These are WAY cool and I love them.

I have several of the ErgVideo videos - a ride, intervals and TT. I have 3 more waiting under the XMAS tree.
They are really good and keep me motivated on the Computrainer.

tacx has a similar product. they have one for the IM Roth course that I really want for Christmas
I couldn't figure out how to search the forums so I decided to create a new post.
Has anyone used www.ergvideo.com.
I recently purchased one and wanted to see what others who have used it thought.
