i'd say index... It feels better to me—more organized. The "current" style seems a bit too messy for me. I get the whole flagging/dynamic/whatever style of the new site, and a lot of us web2.0 savvy people are bound to make use of it. But... I like the index style, as it allows me to keep better track of topics that I like to look at frequently, and see what's "new".
