ya. search is coming. moving everything to one system will allow for better searching across the whole site. I'll also have filters by section. soon.

It would be nice if the search allowed you to search for products you commented on or said that you use.
For example- I went through and clicked on a few products I use, but didn't leave any reviews. If I could open the page and select "my products" and have only the ones listed which I said I use, I could go through and review those products easily. Just a thought!

Like Sully, it would be great to see what we use and have favorited so that we could revisit our favorites/gear easier and update it without having to remember everything we marked. Perhaps a "My Gear" tab in our profiles with "stuff I use" and "my favorites" or something like that. It would serve as a reminder for us, as well as a way to say "well I like my Garmin and RV likes his, so let met look at what else RV uses and likes so I can see other things I should try"

Exactly. Coming... Had to get the guide out first though. But yes there will be tabs in user pages for favorites, gear i use, and more... :)

o.k. so I made the switch to the new gear guide. Click 'Gear' above...
I moved over the most popular categories and reviews going back a couple years. I'll be continuing to add sections this week, if you know of something that is missing you can easily add products now by clicking the submit content link above and then use the Gear form.
Please go through and mark what products you use so we all can get a better sense of what products are popular and worht looking at. You can also now add reviews and comments to gear pages. Each product basically now has a hub page.
