I need an advice to buy a bike

I've had a tough time finding one new online. I found one on eBay, not sure if it's your size.

I know several others here have purchased that bike and I think are very happy with it. If you have a local bike shop around check in with them. They'll be able to set you up on the right size and dial you in on the fitting as well give you a good deal.

I made my best to write this as simple and clear as possible, english is not my language... you'll notice it!
I read the Giant OCR 3 is a good bike, and has a low cost... I'm a begginer in triathlon and I belive this could be a good one for me. The problem is that I have being looking for it in internet and I can't find a good store "on line" to buy it.
Could someone give me "a hand"? or an advice?

Another option I'm considering is to buy a good used bike.
