best spinervals video...
I like the older Spinervals. 1.0 thru 5.0 and 9.0 "Have Mercy"
Oh...and of course the "Hardcore 100" THAT one really makes my moustache flutter!

The DVD that I like the best is not a Spinerval DVD, it is the Carmicheal Training System Time Trial DVD. It is the one that came with my cyclops trainer and I like it better than any Spinervals DVD I have tried. It definatly makes my legs burn the most.

i agree that this DVD is great as it really puts me in the hurt tank. i cant do this workout more than once, maybe twice, a week. so i am looking to get a few more videos in my collection.
Offseason, the Aero Base Builder Videos are all pretty good. There is one that is a solid hour (without the easy recovery minutes of most spinervals) that really keeps me interested. The compilation, which is about 2:20, is a good long one.
Ya for the off-season - the Areo Base Builder series is good. The Hardcore 100 is great. I also like the virtual rides - just got the Lake Placid ride.

Hardcore 100. I pick this one, because it got me to do some hard long miles instead of just spinning ineffectually for 4 or 5 hrs.
I often use it in 3 or 4 hour chunks only occasionally subjecting myself to the full 51/2 hrs.

In Chunks? And Coach Troy didn't come to your house and let the air out of your tires? Hummm, must have been an idle threat. ;)

Yeah, didn't take him seriously! More concerned about doing more damage to my body than necessary.
I think I could take him anyways!;>

i would like to get a few spinerval videos, any suggestions as to what the better ones for triathlon training are?
