Ok, I've been making this for quite a while now and love it. Everyone I feed it to loves it.
I think you ALL will love it.

I usually cut down on the turkey a bit and add an extra can of beans (I've also made a meatless version with just beans and it is darn good, too).
I add a bit more cumin, more onion, 4-5 cloves of garlic and extra jalapenos.
I usually skip the canned green chilies. I buy my tomatillos in the produce section and just chop them up and add 'em. The canned tomatillos don't have as much flavor.
This chili is a great source of protein and is low in fat. I use powdered vegetable stock instead of chicken stock and look for the low sodium varieties.
I serve this chili with chopped cilantro, chopped red onions, sour cream, and tortilla chips.
SERIOUSLY....I WOULDN'T STEER MY FELLOW TRIATHLETES IN THE WRONG DIRECTION...
THIS IS GREAT STUFF....
ENJOY!!!

That sounds really good. I'm going to try it! I love chili.
