(articles I've found on the internet over the years)

My current fitness focus is on resistance training and nutrition. In bodybuilding, the best nutritional bent I've found for myself has been higher in protein and a focus on low-glycemic carbohydrates, moderate fats, etc... On the training side, obviously strength training takes the priority, with a focus on muscle hypertrophy over muscle endurance. I generally train with weights 5-6 days a week with cardio on 3-4 of those days. My cardio preference has always been running.
My point? I'm building my first-ever tri-program. Although my goal race is a sprint and is approx. 8 months away, I'm needing to find the right nutritional and training approach. I'm gathering info to help me build my program, to shift gears from building muscle and getting as lean as possible to building a powerful endurance machine.
Any and all info is greatly appreciated!
