NBC will air the show on Saturday November 20th from 4-6 est. Also, heres a link to other tv schedules. If you have OLN they show quite a bit. broadcast coverage
For streaming video check out this link. ironman live Usually begining Thursday afternoon they start having interviews for the top pros up on the site. Then race day you can watch all 17 hours. The coverage isnt like NBC, its usually just 1 or 2 fixed cameras watching athletes go bye. One of the greatest parts, in my opinion, is the fixed camera at the finish line. For the 9 hours or so that people finish you can see everyone of them cross the line. Pretty cool of IMNA to spend the $ for the atheltes and their friends.
On an aditional note, you can catch most IM races with some broadcast from this site. The quality varies from venue to venue but usually some video coverage at each.
