The Springbrook Sprint Tri, in its 6th year, is another popular RDE pool tri, with another short 200 yard swim especially appealing to many beginner triathletes. A flat 15k bike and scenic 3 mile run in Springbrook Park make this race fast and exciting. Amenities include post race spread featuring McAlister's Deli.
